All property owners are offered a FREE, no obligation valuation of their home.  Sales advice is fully available and fees are structured to each individual Client's requirements.  This may be on a straight forward commission basis, or on a package deal basis inclusive of sales fee, solicitor's legal fees and advertising.  Whatever basis our fees are extremely competitive.
